Welcome to the Office of Medicare Hearings and Appeal (OMHA) e-Appeal Portal.

The OMHA e-Appeal Portal (Portal) enables beneficiaries, providers, suppliers, and Medicaid State agencies to electronically submit Medicare Part A and B appeal requests for hearing, upload documentation to existing appeals, and check appeal status.

To use the Portal, register for an account here. After registering, access the Portal using the e-mail address and password provided during the registration process.
